At ProSignz.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality signage and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Please read our Shipping & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom and made-to-order signs require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the order confirmation.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship worldwide using reliable carriers such as UPS,FEDEX,DHL
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location:
    • Domestic Shipping: [6-10] business days
    • International Shipping: [8-14] business days
  • Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

1.3 Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

1.4 Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Order Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom signage, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

2.2 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged during shipping.
  • The product received is incorrect or significantly different from the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2.3 Refunds & Replacements

  • If a return is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made and personalized signs.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Contact us at complain@prosignz.com within 2 days of delivery.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.
