At Prosignz.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality signage products. Since most of our products are custom-made, our refund and return policies are structured to reflect that.


1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable

Due to the personalized nature of custom signage (e.g., neon signs, acrylic signs, backlit signs), we cannot offer refunds or accept returns once production has started, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved mockup.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your sign arrives broken, damaged in transit, or has quality issues:

  • Contact us at support@prosignz.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • Our support team will assess the damage and offer either a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the case.

3. Incorrect Orders

If we deliver a sign that is:

  • Incorrect in design, size, color, or spelling as per your approved artwork or order details,
  • We will remake the sign at no additional cost or issue a refund.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations may not be accepted, especially for custom designs already in production.


5. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind after a custom product has been produced.


6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued via your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
